James Harden has been taking full advantage of the shortened NBA 2020-21 season, breaking multiple records and setting impressive new marks in his limited time overseas. During his seven-game stint with the Sydney Kings of the Australian NBL, Harden averaged an incredible 34.3 points, 11.2 assists, and 8.1 rebounds per game. He also shot an impressive 51.7 percent from the field and 41.7 percent from three-point range.

The eight-time NBA All-Star broke several Sydney Kings franchise records, including most points in a game (54), most assists in a game (15), highest player efficiency rating (36.7), most points per game (34.3) and most assists per game (11.2).

In addition, Harden also broke the all-time NBL record for most points in a game (54) and is the first player ever to record a 50-point, 10-assist game in the competition.

It’s clear that Harden’s stint in Australia has been an incredible success, and he is sure to reap the rewards from it once he returns back to the US.
